Product Introduction

The CO2 direct fire detection tube system is an advanced automatic fire suppression solution designed for localized fire protection. Using carbon dioxide (CO₂) as the extinguishing agent, the system operates without electricity or traditional fire alarm systems.

The detection tube integrates fire detection, system activation, and extinguishing into one unit. When the temperature reaches approximately 170°C, the tube ruptures and releases CO₂ directly onto the fire source, ensuring rapid and effective suppression.

It is ideal for protecting enclosed or semi-enclosed spaces such as electrical cabinets and control panels.

Working Principle

The detection tube is installed near potential fire hazards. When exposed to high temperature, the tube bursts at the hottest point, causing a pressure drop that activates the cylinder valve. CO₂ is then discharged directly through the rupture point onto the fire source, extinguishing it immediately.
